SEEQC's newly upgraded chip foundry and brand new milliKelvin product design and test center opened across the street from the headquarters in Elmsford, NY, just 30 minutes from Manhattan. These state-of-the-art facilities enable us to design, fabricate and test the world’s most complex superconductor electronics to support not just quantum computing, but ML/ AI, and sensor and detector devices. Most importantly, these new capabilities will enable us to expedite our R&D process, as we can now design, build and test chips for our own quantum computing project as well as the projects of our industry, government and academic partners.
We were honored to have some of the local leaders and luminaries of New York, including Lieutenant Governor Antonio Delgado, NY Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins to celebrate the momentous potential this brings to the city and state. While this is a huge milestone for SEEQC, it also bolsters the state of New York, and specifically, Westchester County, on quantum’s map, bringing significant technological advantages and a unique job market to the city.
Thank you to everyone who attended, and thank you to our friends and partners for being a part of this monumental event for SEEQC. I can’t wait to share even more amazing news with you as we make quantum a commercial reality.
