We’re pleased to announce that SEEQC is collaborating with IBM under Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA)’s Quantum Benchmarking Initiative (QBI)—a program designed to assess and accelerate progress toward utility-scale quantum computing.
This collaboration brings together IBM’s leadership in quantum system architecture and SEEQC’s expertise in integrated quantum hardware. Together, we are working to consolidate key control and readout components—traditionally housed in external racks—directly onto SEEQC’s chip-based platform.
By integrating more functionality into the quantum processor itself, we aim to reduce system complexity, improve performance, and pave the way for scalable, fault-tolerant quantum computing.
We’re honored to contribute to DARPA’s forward-thinking initiative and to support the broader effort to define meaningful metrics for quantum utility.
